I am extremely delighted to share the progress we have collectively made as we reach the midpoint of a productive academic year at our esteemed university, Birangana Sati Sadhani Rajyik Vishwavidyalaya, Golaghat. Our combined efforts continue to propel us toward new heights of excellence and success. With the aim of serving and uplifting our society, we have initiated several programs to fulfill the aspirations of our students. Embracing the inspiring words of Gandhiji, “The future of India lies in its villages”, we strive to support the needs of the seventy percent people of our population that resides in rural areas. As a university, we are committed to providing grassroots-innovators and traditional experts with a platform to showcase their expertise, thereby adding value and protecting their intellectual property rights (IPR). We firmly believe that recognizing, rewarding, and accelerating small innovators from villages will bridge the gap between the formal and informal education systems. A university cannot exist in isolation; as an integral part of the larger social framework, it should reach out to society and serve as a torchbearer and beacon of hope for present and future generations.
As we progress, we strive to foster an environment of academic rigor, creativity, and critical inquiry. We are excited to announce various upcoming programs that we hope will provide groundbreaking research opportunities and promote interdisciplinary collaboration. Everyone is invited to participate in this enriching endeavor and contribute selflessly to its sustainable development.
