About Internal Complaint Committee
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is established under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 in India. Its main objective is to create a safe and secure work environment for women by preventing and addressing complaints of sexual harassment.

Key Objectives of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC):
Prevention of Sexual Harassment:
Promote awareness about the rights of women at the workplace.
Educate employees on what constitutes sexual harassment and the consequences of such behavior.
Redressal of Complaints:
Receive and investigate complaints related to sexual harassment in a timely and confidential manner.
Ensure fair and unbiased inquiry procedures.
Support for Victims:
Provide a safe space for victims to voice their concerns without fear of retaliation.
Recommend appropriate action based on the findings of the inquiry.
Promoting a Gender-Sensitive Work Environment:
Foster a culture of respect and equality within the organization.
Ensure the workplace is free from gender-based discrimination and misconduct.
Compliance with Legal Mandates:
Ensure adherence to the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013.
Submit annual reports detailing the number of complaints received and actions taken.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Maintain records of all complaints and follow-up actions.
Provide feedback to management on trends and areas of concern for continuous improvement.
